Subject: %firstname%, Thanks for your request for more information
Dear %firstname%,
First of all, I'd like to thank you for requesting
more information regarding poor circulation and
peripheral artery disease.
This is a condition that can lead to other serious
complications including heart attack, stroke, even
amputation and in extreme cases - death!
Here are some amazing facts about the heart and
circulatory system:
1. The average adult body contains over 60,000
miles of blood vessels!
2. The average adult's heart pumps over 4000
gallons of blood every day!
3. Your heart beats in the neighborhood of thirty
million times a year!
4. The average three-year-old has around two pints
of blood in their body; the average adult has as
much as five times more!
As you can see, the heart and circulatory system is
a vital part of your overall health, and sadly, is
one of the most neglected parts of the body.
When a substance called plaque builds up on the walls
of the arteries, it restricts the flow of blood thru
the vessels.
The plaque takes years to build up which is why older
adults are more at risk form poor circulation.
Some of the more common ways to combat poor circulation
include drugs and surgery, but there are other, less
invasive and expensive ways to fight the disease.

Some of the symptoms of poor circulation include:
Cramping or fatigue in the legs, buttocks or feet
during activity. It will usually go away with rest,
but will come back as soon as you resume your activity.
Cramping or pain in your legs while sitting for long
periods of time; such as driving long distances, or
while on a long flight or bus ride.
Your legs and/or feet fall asleep while sitting
or sleeping.
Tired, aching feet, or swelling of the feet and legs.
Lower temperature in the legs and feet compared with
the rest of the body. (This can also apply to the arms
and hands)

Subject: Are you high risk for heart attack or stroke?
Dear %firstname%,
A couple of days ago, I sent you an email telling you
some of the symptoms of poor circulation and the
complications they can cause.
Today, I want to talk about risk factors.
According to Douglas J. Wirthlin M.D., a Board
Certified vascular surgeon, 8 to 12 million Americans
suffer from Peripheral Artery Disease, or poor
circulation.
Some risk factors can't be controlled such as age
or heredity, but other, more common factors can be
controlled; some of them relativly easy.
Number one: Did you know that smokers are diagnosed
with poor circulation about ten years earlier than
non-smokers on average?
Number two: Did you know that inactivity (sitting
in front of a computer all day?) not only increases
your risk of heart attack, but also the risk of
poor circulation?
Number three: Did you know that obesity can not only
lead to high blood pressure, but also to high
cholesterol and diabetes, which can lead to poor
circulation?
If you're living with any of these risk factors,
and are 50 years old or more, see your doctor even
if you don't suffer any of the symptoms.

circulation, go here now:

Michael
Subject: How can poor circulation affect the rest of your body?
Dear %firstname%,
I hope this email finds you well and healthy!
This time, I want to tell you some of the things
poor circulation can cause if left untreated.
First of all, sores and injuries won't heal as
fast as they used to - sometimes not at all without
special care.
The reason for this is because the blood carries
oxygen and other vital nutrients needed for proper
healing and vitality.
Other complications from poor circulation include
gangrene and blood clots and even not getting a
good night's rest.
Now the effects of gangrene leading to amputation
are fairly obvious, but blood clots are especially
dangerous because if a piece of the clot happens to
break off and get to the heart, it can cause death!
People with poor circulation often wake up in the
middle of the night with cramps and aching of the
feet and legs because of oxygen deprivation to the
lower extremeties.
This causes a lack of rest which further aggravates
the problem.
There is a multitude of problems poor circulation
can cause which can sometimes be attributed to other
things, and you can read about them here:
{link here}
In some cases, it may require drugs and even surgery
to correct poor circulation, but if you catch it early,
you can wage a winning battle at home using readily
available remedies.
In this revealing report, I have listed several items
you probably already have in your kitchen cabinet
that will not only relieve poor circulation, but will
help ward off strokes and heart attack along with a
multitude of other ailments.
{link here}
For instance:
Read about this spice commonly found in just about
every kitchen that has been proven to not only aid
in the treatment of poor circulation, but has also
been known to revive heart attack victims - one of
which was already pronounced dead!
What about a berry that not only fights poor circulation
but was given to British World War 2 pilots to increase
their night vision before a flight?
{link here}
Then there's another one that not only aids in the
maintenence of the circulatory system, but will also
function as an antiseptic, antiviral, fungicidal,
antispasmodic, expectorant, anti-allergic, plus lowers
blood pressure, lowers blood sugar and cholesterol.
These are just a few of the remedies and treatments
you'll find inside The Circulation Report.
If you suffer any of the symptoms of poor circulation,
or are at risk, you need this report now! The sooner you
learn about this dangerous disease, the sooner you can
start fighting it.

Until next time, I wish you good health.

Subject: %firstname%, Is your life in danger?
Dear %firstname%,
In 2006, approximately 829,072 people died from CVD
(cardio Vascular disease) which includes heart attack
and stroke.
A large number of these deaths are brought on by
poor circulation left untreated, and most of these
people were probably not even aware they had a
problem until it was too late.
You see, when your blood doesn't circulate properly,
it puts strain on the entire cardiovascular system,
and can cause an aneurysm which is a weakening and
bulging of a blood vessel - usually in the brain
which eventually ruptures and bleeds inside the brain.
This is called a 'Hemorrhagic Stroke".
Another type of stroke is called an 'Ischemic' stroke
that can be caused by a cerebral embolism - a bood
clot that forms elsewhere in the body and travels to
the brain and clogs a blood vessel.
And this is mainly what we want to talk about today.
Left untreated, poor circulation can cause blood clots
which can break up and travel through the circulatory
system and clog up an artery in the brain, causing
a stroke, or get lodged in the valves of the heart
triggering a heart attack.
Now we can agree that poor circulation is mainly
diagnosed in older adults; usually over the age of 50,
but I personally have experienced poor circulation
since I was in my teens so it isn't reserved just
for the upper middle age or elderly.
Most likely when you go to the doctor, he's going to
want to put you on some drug, or combination of drugs
to remedy the situation, and may even prescribe
exercise which is a good thing.
In extreme cases, surgery may be necessary, but only
as a last resort.
Fortunately, there are herbs and spices that you can
find either at the pharmacy section of your favorite
department store, or health food store - and probably
in your own kitchen, that will help restore your
circulation to that of an average teenager if you
catch it soon enough!
I have compiled a report from various authority sources
that will give you the causes and effects of poor
circulation as well as a wide selection of medical
and natural remedies to help fight it.
